War photography exhibit debuts in Houston museum

In this Thursday, Nov. 8, 2012 photo, photographer Don McCullin poses in front of the Houston Museum of Fine Arts' sign promoting the new War/Photography exhibit in Houston. The exhibit displays the work of 280 photographers from 28 nations covering the Mexican-American war in 1846 to present-day. McCullin has four photos in the exhibit. She knew he was marrying his pretty high school sweetheart, perfect in a white, voluminous dress.
